• "Services" meyears all banking and financial services offered by MoneFlush.

• "Account" meyears the bank account opened with MoneFlush.

2. Purpose

These terms of use define the terms and conditions for using the Site and MoneFlush's Services, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.

3. Access to the Site and Services

Access to the Site is open to all. However, the use of certain Services requires the prior creation of an Account and acceptance of the applicable special conditions.

MoneFlush strives to keep the Site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access to the Site may be temporarily suspended, without notice, in particular due to technical maintenance or updates, or in the event of force majeure.

To benefit from MoneFlush's Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration form provided for this purpose. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and to update it as necessary.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any use of your Account with your credentials is deemed to be made by you. In case of loss or theft of your credentials, you must immediately inform MoneFlush.

5. Banking Services

The banking Services offered by MoneFlush are subject to special conditions that supplement these terms of use. These special conditions will be communicated to you when you subscribe to the relevant Services.

The interest rates, fees, and commissions applicable to the Services are detailed in the pricing conditions available on the Site and in our branches.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all its content (structure, texts, logos, images, photographs, sounds, videos, graphics, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to MoneFlush or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Site or its content, by any meyears whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of MoneFlush.

You agree to use the Site and Services in accordance with these terms of use and applicable law. In particular, you agree not to:
